Returns

After receiving your order you will have three – (3) days to contact SHUMAKERS SKI & SNOWBOARD by email at shumakersweb@comcast.net if you intend to return your purchase. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number to be clearly written on the outside of the box (no packages will be accepted without an RA number). You will have seven (7) days to have the returns delivered to SHUMAKERS SKI & SNOWBOARD after contacting SHUMAKERS SKI & SNOWBOARD of your intention to return any or all of the merchandise. SHUMAKERS SKI & SNOWBOARD will not accept any returns of products that have been used, skis and snowboards that have been drilled or mounted. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns and you are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returned items. All items must be in their original condition and packaging - all tags must still be attached!

Warranties

New SHUMAKERS SKI & SNOWBOARD products are covered by the individual manufacturers’ warranty. If the warranty is not specified on the product purchased, please contact SHUMAKERS SKI & SNOWBOARD by email at shumakersweb@comcast.net or by phone at 810-239-6931 for warranty information and return instructions. The manufacturer will make all warranty decisions. Used and demo products are sold "AS IS" and do not carry a warranty by SHUMAKERS SKI & SNOWBOARD

Liability

Look, outdoor sports can be very dangerous! You are personally responsible for the product(s) you buy from SHUMAKERS SKI & SNOWBOARD; you agree to obtain professional instruction in their use and assume all risks and responsibilities for any and all damages or injuries caused by the product(s) and/or your use of the product(s); you agree to have the product(s) checked by a professional regarding its safety and appropriateness for use. If you purchase and use the product(s) you agree to these conditions.

Shipping

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible, within indicated time frames. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will make our best effort to notify users if delivery is delayed. A third party delivers all items, and delivery is governed by their respective shipping contracts. We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.

All sizes and weights quoted are approximate. All prices listed are in US dollars and all charges will be processed in US dollars. All prices listed on our Web site are subject to confirmation.
